The Bay Road

Located in Ottawa, this project involved the strategic renovation of an existing home, with a complete reconfiguration of the living spaces to enhance both comfort and functionality. The layout was redesigned to include two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite, boosting both everyday convenience and rental value.
 

The project was carried out in full compliance with municipal regulations, with a focus on spatial efficiency, smooth circulation, and a clean, modern aesthetic, all while anticipating future rental needs.
